How to use your waist trainer for maximum results.

So, here is how to use your waist trainer for maximum results.



1. In the first place, be sure you are not compressing yourself into the tiniest size, which doesn’t let you wear it for long. The least amount of time you should wear it is 5 hours. The perfect fit is possible only when the waist and the belly are measured precisely. Take your measurement 2 inches above your belly button in CM or Inches, and also measure your torso length.



2. Pull your waist trainer down to your pubic line. If it’s not, it wouldn’t cinch as much as it should. Just like you need a perfect dressing for your ideal look, it is crucial to wear your trainer properly to get your dream waist.



3. While putting on the trainer, you should consider the following points.


 The very first step is to wrap the waist trainer around your belly button area.  Bringing the two ends together and ensure the zipper is connected properly before you start zipping.


 Once the band is around your belly button, and the two sides have been connected, pull the zipper up.


 Adjust the bottom of your waist trainers after you have zipped up completely.


 Overlap the Velcro straps after zipping up, do not tighten straps. If you are doing exercises it should be left open or if it’s our detachable belly erasers, you can remove the Velcro completely.

4. Overcoming the challenges:


Once you start wearing the waist trainer you have to encounter many challenges. The new garment is not merely to cover your body, but it is meant for compressing your body to reduce the excessive unwanted fat and weight. The materials are different from regular clothing. Hence, before wearing it for the first time, keep it in mind that it is not something similar to your proper attire. It should however not cause severe wounds or injuries, but an uncomfortable feeling of compression follows the primary use. The need for food reduces. As you wear, you feel like doing nothing including eating. Undue pressure is exerted on the body that makes your body feel uneasy. 7. Eat healthy! I know you may not understand this but eating healthy is one of the important ways to lose belly fat, not just wearing your waist trainer! Avoid foods like alcohol and sugary foods. Consume balanced diets.



8. Rest well. Avoid too much stress and make sure you have a healthy sleep pattern. However, do not sleep in your waist trainer as it is uncomfortable to sleep in and can make you suffocate.
