In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Advanced level or equivalent (and must be at least 18 years of age).
Have daily access to the internet from 8am to 8pm (Cameroon time) and also be easily reachable in that time frame.
Mobile Money or Orange Money accounts
Active Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.
Understand the sales process and have the zeal to learn.
A commitment to excellent customer service and self-motivation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (good mastery of at least two languages amongst English, French and Pidgin English)
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport (a close and harmonious relationship ) with both customers and team.
Experience using computers and smart phones for a variety of tasks.
Commitment to transparency and accountability.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced virtual environment.
